Remittance means that when the remittance bank receives the remittance voucher, the payee has moved to another place, and the remittance bank transfers the remittance voucher to the bank (collecting bank) where the payee is located to pay for it.
If the remittance bank is a foreign exchange subsidiary, the foreign exchange will be converted into the original currency, and the remittance bank will settle foreign exchange or convert it into the original currency deposit according to the foreign exchange quotation on the payment date; If the remittance bank is a non-foreign exchange subsidiary, the remittance bank (that is, the original remittance bank) will convert the foreign exchange on each remittance voucher into the equivalent local currency according to the foreign exchange quotation on the remittance date.
Remittance bank makes remittance in the converted local currency, and then remits it to remitting bank with local currency declaration form, and remitting bank makes settlement according to the foreign exchange quotation on the original remittance date. If the exchange rate between the transfer date and the remittance date changes, no adjustment will be made.
