First go to the original bank to cancel basic account, and the following information is required to cancel the basic account:
Copy of business license, copy of code certificate and copy;
The identity certificate of legal person, the identity certificate and photocopy of the authorized person, and the power of attorney;
Blank vouchers such as unused cheques and telegraphic transfer vouchers (remember to leave the remaining cash in the cheque withdrawal or transfer account);
Account opening seal card;
The basic account opening certificate can prove;
Fill in the account cancellation application form, official seal, check financial seal and private seal (originally reserved in the seal card).
To open an account in a bank in basic account, you need to provide the following information:
Original and duplicate of business license;
Original and photocopy of organization code certificate;
Original and photocopy of tax registration certificate (national tax and local tax);
The original ID card of the legal representative, the original ID certificate of the person in charge, and relevant authorization documents (authorizing to handle business and using the seal as the reserved seal);
(1-4 supporting documents shall be provided with copies of A4 paper (2 copies in basic account) and stamped with the official seal. )
