The special seal for verification of export proceeds and the seal of the special seal for verification of export proceeds issued by the bank shall take effect after being filed with the local State Administration of Foreign Exchange or its branches (hereinafter referred to as the "foreign exchange bureau"). Two, the verification procedures under the agency export are:
1. The agent shall receive the verification form of export proceeds, and go through the formalities of export declaration and verification of export proceeds;
2. If the entrusting party receives foreign exchange and the entrusting party is inconsistent with the local foreign exchange bureau where the agent is located, the entrusting party shall, after receiving foreign exchange, go to the local foreign exchange bureau with the original agency agreement, special foreign exchange receipt and other relevant documents to go through the confirmation procedures of the special foreign exchange bureau for the verification of export foreign exchange receipts. After the foreign exchange bureau has verified that my certificate is correct, it shall indicate the name of the foreign exchange bureau where the agent is located, the name of the agency, the amount of foreign exchange received, the currency and the date on the back of the special seal for verification of export proceeds, affix the seal (foreign exchange receipt supervision seal) and register the account at the same time. The entrusting party shall submit the special seal for verification of export proceeds confirmed by the foreign exchange bureau to the agent, and the agent shall go through the verification procedures of export proceeds at the local foreign exchange bureau. The foreign exchange bureau where the agent is located shall handle the verification procedures of export proceeds with the special seal for verification of export proceeds confirmed by the foreign exchange bureau where the customer is located and other documents required for verification.
If the entrusting party is consistent with the foreign exchange bureau where the agent is located, the agent shall go through the formalities of verification of export proceeds with the original agency agreement, the special seal for verification of export proceeds of the entrusting party and other documents that need to be verified.
3. If the agent receives foreign exchange, the agent shall go directly to the local foreign exchange bureau for verification with the special seal for verification of export foreign exchange receipt and other documents required for verification. Iii. The Supplementary Provisions shall come into force as of June/5 17.
