Dollar capital cannot directly invest abroad. According to relevant information, domestic institutions can use their own foreign exchange funds, qualified domestic foreign exchange loans, RMB foreign exchange purchases or physical and intangible assets, as well as foreign exchange assets from other sources approved by the foreign exchange bureau for overseas direct investment. Overseas investment shall comply with the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Overseas Investment (Order No.3 of the Ministry of Commerce No.2014), the Measures for the Administration of Approval and Filing of Overseas Investment Projects (Order No.9 of the National Development and Reform Commission) and the Provisions on the Administration of Foreign Exchange for Overseas Direct Investment by Domestic Institutions (Huifa No.200930).
