Bank of China can't accept remittance from abroad.
Most overseas remittances need to go through transit, which may be different every time, so the arrival time will be different.

I suggest you check with the remitter first to see if there is any wrong payee information. Sometimes a slight mistake (such as spelling mistakes in name and address) will cause the remittance to be returned without being recorded, and the remitter needs to send a telegram to correct it.

The bank won't check it for you. Maybe the money hasn't arrived yet and it can't be found in its system. I suggest you check with the account bank of the payee's account, because if the overseas remittance arrives, but it can't enter the payee's account, it will usually be put in the account of the payee's account first to ask for assistance.

Wish you an early remittance!
