The total annual amount shall not be used across the Gregorian calendar year (the year refers to the natural year, from 65438+ 10 to 65438+February 3 1), and the unused or unused amount in the previous year shall not be carried forward to the next year. Individual residents' purchase of foreign exchange is not restricted by the location of household registration.

Domestic individuals purchasing foreign exchange within the annual total amount shall be handled with their real and valid identity documents; Those who purchase foreign exchange in excess of the annual total amount shall be handled with their valid identity documents and proof of real demand stipulated by the foreign exchange management bank.
