Expenses incurred in currencies other than US dollars shall be converted into US dollars according to the intermediate exchange rate of US dollars to the actually included currencies first published by Korea Foreign Exchange Bank on the day of applying for payment every three months.

If the functional currency of the transaction is not US dollars, it shall be converted into US dollars according to the intermediate exchange rate announced by Korea Foreign Exchange Bank on the day of receiving every three "monthly payment bills" to settle the transaction expenses.

The period covered by each payment application shall be one calendar month and end on the last day of that month.

The term of each "monthly payment document" is a natural month and ends on the last day of each month.
