The verification form, also known as the verification form of export proceeds, refers to an important document managed by the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, issued by each branch and numbered by the exporting unit, which is used for export declaration, bank export proceeds verification, export proceeds verification by foreign exchange administration departments and export tax refund declaration by tax authorities. Through this voucher, the state can fully grasp the situation of foreign exchange collection, urge overdue foreign exchange collection, and prevent missing or defrauding export tax rebates;

The verification form of export proceeds shall be uniformly printed by the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, and each verification form shall be divided into three parts: left, middle and right, and each part shall be numbered with the same number.

1, the left copy is the stub copy, including the exporter (seal), total export price, foreign exchange collection method, expected foreign exchange collection date, customs declaration date, invoice number, contract number and other items;

2. Zhonglian records the collection and settlement of foreign exchange at designated foreign exchange banks and the write-off of SAFE;

3. The right copy is the special copy for export tax refund, including the exporter (seal), the name and quantity of the goods, the total export price, the customs declaration number and the verification of the foreign exchange bureau.
