In the early days of the founding of the People's Republic of China, the Kanto currency was used in Northeast China, and the value of RMB used in other places was different. Therefore, when issuing stamps, in order to facilitate the people in Northeast China, a "Northeast Sticker" ordinary stamp was issued. Later, when the Kanto currency was cancelled, the "Northeast Sticker" stamps were no longer issued.
