1. Click "View My Deposit" at the top, select "Large Deposit Certificate" to view my large deposit certificate, select the large deposit certificate marked "Transferring", and click this deposit certificate to enter the details page. At the top of the page, it shows "certificates of deposit are being transferred pending orders" and click the "View" button.

2. Enter the pending order details page, and if you need to cancel, click the "Cancel Transfer" button at the bottom of the page.

Method 2: Log in to BOC Personal Mobile Banking and click on more services.

1. Select "Transfer of Deposit Certificates" in the wealth area, click "Transaction Records", select the deposit certificates in pending status, and click to enter the cancellation details page.

2. Or select the deposit certificate I am transferring in the "I am transferring" area in the middle of the first page of the deposit certificate transfer function, and click enter details to cancel the document.

The withdrawal operation takes effect in real time.
