Shanghai Asia Infrastructure Investment Bank and New Development Bank, two international financial institutions, should open domestic foreign exchange accounts in domestic banks by themselves with relevant authenticity certification materials. When a domestic bank opens a domestic foreign exchange account for two international financial institutions, it is required to mark NRA (non-resident account) in front of the account, and require the account to submit the expense account information and the foreign exchange settlement and sale information in the account to the foreign exchange bureau as required.
