When the currency of the transaction place is not within the range of 19 currency included in the cross-border card debit card, or the currency account of the transaction place in the card has no balance or insufficient balance, the payment will be automatically completed with the funds in the US dollar account. It should be noted that the transaction is based on the principle of cash before remittance, and the dollar is at the bottom. That is, if the balance of the bank account is insufficient, it will be paid by the balance of the remittance account; If there is no balance or insufficient balance in the currency account of the transaction place, and it is necessary to poll the US dollar, all the funds in the US dollar account will be used for payment, which will be converted according to the foreign exchange rate of the card issuer (VISA or MasterCard); If the balance of the USD account is insufficient, the transaction fails.
