Handling of ATM card swallowing

When ATM breaks down, the cardholder makes mistakes or forgets to take the card, ATM will swallow the card.

Please bring your valid documents (passport, resident ID card, etc.) after swallowing the card. ) Within 3 days from the next day (postponed in case of holidays), go to the ATM outlet where the card is swallowed.
