1. Remittance refund by telegraphic transfer: You should bring your valid ID, original remittance receipt and original draft to the bank for remittance refund, and you must fill in a written application. Remittances remitted abroad by telegraphic transfer can be refunded, but whether the money can be finally recovered depends on the payee and the bank where the payee opens an account. The remitting bank can handle the remittance refund formalities for you only after the remitting bank (remitting bank) agrees to the remittance refund reply and receives the payment properly.
2. Remittance refund: In principle, the customer or agent handling remittance business at that time should bring the valid identity certificate of the remittance applicant, the original draft and the customer's copy of the draft application form to the issuing bank for remittance refund. The issuing bank shall cancel the original draft before going through the formalities for refunding foreign exchange for you.
3. Only the agent is allowed to return the foreign exchange to the original remittance account, and a power of attorney must be provided.
