According to the regulations of SAFE, the policies under the individual capital project have not been fully liberalized, and it is temporarily impossible to provide personal cross-border remittance services for domestic individuals in capital projects that are not yet open, such as buying houses abroad, investing in securities, purchasing life insurance and returning dividend insurance. In addition, loans are also capital projects that have not yet been opened, and cross-border remittance services cannot be provided.
