The purpose of directory registration is to let SAFE record the balance of payments of enterprises, so that enterprises do not need to record with SAFE after import and export activities and foreign exchange collection and payment. Otherwise, it is very troublesome to file every payment.

However, the import payment and export verification are only related operations, which are naturally different.
