On the one hand, due to the abundant foreign exchange, the foreign exchange price in the foreign exchange market has a downward trend, while the RMB has gradually appreciated, which will have a certain impact on China's economic aggregate and economic structure. On the other hand, when foreign exchange and the central bank settle in RMB, the central bank needs to issue the same amount of RMB according to the exchange rate at the time of purchasing foreign exchange, resulting in an increase in the base currency.
