If the customer can remit money from his bank (his account is successfully debited), the money will be remitted to the payee's account. Unless there is something wrong with the payee's account information (the account number is wrong or the payee's name is wrong), the money will be frozen during the remittance process (usually at the payee's bank) (the bank will wait for the remitter to correct it during normal working hours and then return it to the remitter's account after the time is up).
