How many charging methods are there for overseas remittance of ICBC's online banking?
There are two ways to collect fees for overseas remittance through online banking: 1. When making overseas payment, the handling fee shall be borne by both the remitter and the payee (i.e. Sha), among which the remittance handling fee shall be borne by the remitter; if the intermediary bank deducts the handling fee from the remittance amount, the fees collected shall be borne by the payee; 2. When the payee acts as an agent for overseas ICBC, the handling fee shall be borne by the remitter.
