You must have a green card, the green card is useless. Bring your real-name ID and go to a branch of the Postal Savings Bank that offers foreign currency business to apply for Western Union remittance (high fees, but fast), or bank mail remittance (cooperating with Deutsche Bank, low fees, but slow).
