Only enterprises or institutions with relevant qualifications can engage in foreign exchange management business.
Without corresponding qualifications or authorization, enterprises cannot engage in foreign exchange management business. In this case, foreign exchange transactions and flows of enterprises may be restricted or prohibited to ensure market order and financial stability.
