Export declaration form: After the export declaration is completed, it is issued by the customs (generally, there are two important forms, namely, export tax refund form and foreign exchange receipt verification form) and returned to the exporter by the freight forwarder, which is generally used for foreign exchange receipt, verification and tax refund.
Power of attorney for inspection: in format, it can be obtained from the freight forwarder, printed and stamped, and delivered for inspection. It is the certificate of entrusting the freight forwarder to inspect the goods.
Write-off form: Export needs to go to the State Administration of Foreign Exchange to get a foreign exchange write-off form. When exporting, it should be sent to the forwarder together with the contract invoice, packing list and authorization for customs declaration and inspection for customs declaration. After the customs declaration is completed, the customs shall seal it and return it together with the verification form of foreign exchange receipt.
