"Western Union" business should be handled by myself in principle. If the payee really can't collect the money in person, the remitter can apply to Western Union to modify the payee's name. Or entrust others to act as agents (inward remittance only). When acting as an agent, you must provide the true and valid identity documents of yourself and the agent and the original power of attorney. "Remittance" business involving the settlement and sale of foreign exchange shall also be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of individual settlement and sale of foreign exchange.
