(1) To open a spot foreign exchange trading account in China Industrial and Commercial Bank, an individual customer must meet the following conditions:

1, an individual at home and abroad with full capacity for civil conduct.

2. A personal multi-currency settlement account has been opened in China Industrial and Commercial Bank.

(2) Corporate customers must meet the following conditions when opening spot foreign exchange transactions in China Industrial and Commercial Bank:

1. Enterprises, institutions, social organizations, institutions as legal persons and their authorized branches in China.
