After receiving the advance payment, contract registration and withdrawal registration are required. After the withdrawal registration, you can only go to the bank to settle foreign exchange if there is a quota on the IC card. If the quota is not enough, it means that your previous advance payment is not cancelled in time or other reasons lead to insufficient quota. It is suggested that you apply to the SAFE for a quota (if it exceeds $50,000). If not, you can ask, or you can settle foreign exchange under the general trade quota, but this may affect your settlement of the balance. So I suggest asking first, just in case!
