1. Account cancellation application;

2. Business license and other legal person identification documents;

3. If the legal representative/person in charge directly handles it, provide the original identity certificate of the legal representative or person in charge and the retained copy. Where an agent is entrusted to handle the matter, the power of attorney of the legal representative or person in charge and his identity certificate, as well as the original identity certificate and the retained copy of the authorized person shall be provided.
