The sequence of steps depends on your business scope. If your enterprise is established with the approval of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce, the order should be: 1. Apply to Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce for change. After receiving the approval, re-enter the investment approval certificate. 3. If there is no other special approval that needs to be changed first, you should first apply to the Xuhui District Industrial and Commercial Office for moving in, and then agree to move out to the industrial and commercial office where the original address is located (whether it is allowed to move out is another matter). In a few days, the file will be transferred to Xuhui District. Then submit an application for change to Xuhui District Administration for Industry and Commerce and get a new Business License for Enterprise as a Legal Person. 4. Code, national tax and local tax can be changed at the same time. Statistics show that foreign exchange can be exchanged at the same time. 6. The financial registration certificate can be changed.
