Legal analysis: The seizure is based on administrative compulsory law, trademark law, anti-monopoly law, product quality law and other laws and regulations. For different illegal situations, the legal provisions on which the seizure is based are different. Only the administrative organs prescribed by laws and regulations can implement it, and no other administrative organ or organization can implement it. The seizure shall be carried out by two or more qualified administrative law enforcement personnel of the administrative organ, and other personnel shall not carry out it.
