The foreign currency withdrawal rules at the Bank of China counter are as follows:
1. If the cumulative equivalent of less than 10,000 U.S. dollars (inclusive) on the same day, you can handle it directly at the Bank of China with your valid identity document (need to be in advance Make an appointment by phone at a Bank of China branch).
2. If the cumulative equivalent of the money exceeds US$10,000 on that day, report it in advance to the State Administration of Foreign Exchange where the Bank of China is located with your valid ID, proof of purpose of withdrawing cash, and other materials. Bank of China handles the procedures for withdrawing foreign currency cash for individuals based on their valid identity documents and the "Foreign Currency Cash Filing Form" signed by the State Administration of Foreign Exchange.

1. When you handle cash withdrawal business, you must present the deposit certificate and the withdrawal method agreed upon when opening the account. The acceptance institution is not allowed to handle cash withdrawal business without a certificate;
2. Cash withdrawals can be handled at Bank of China network outlets with password-based withdrawal vouchers, while cash withdrawals can only be processed at Bank of China account-opening institutions with other vouchers;
