() Pre-documents Pre-documents refer to the number of pre-formed documents and important reference materials in the preparation process. Briefly introduce its essentials:

6. Agenda —— List the topics and deadlines discussed by members, as well as the list of people who need to consult the meeting preparation and reservation plan, so that those who make changes can accurately grasp the progress of the meeting and supplement the changes made at each meeting.
7. Preliminary list of participants-According to the pre-registration situation, the secretariat will prepare a list of participants. The list of participants of each delegation will be listed by family, and the list of participants will be printed by each delegation. A list of participants will be compiled according to the registration situation, indicating the names and identities of delegates and delegations on duty.
