There is no handling fee for inter-bank transfers from ICBC. Inter-bank transfers have different handling fees depending on the transfer amount. There is no handling fee for each transaction of less than 5,000 yuan, and there is no limit on the number of times on the same day. 5,000 to 10,000 yuan, 5 yuan per transaction. For 10,000 to 50,000 yuan, 7.5 yuan per transaction. For amounts exceeding 50,000 yuan, 0.015% of the remittance amount will be charged.

No handling fee is required for inter-bank or inter-bank transfers through ICBC’s mobile banking, but there is a limit on the transfer amount. The cumulative transfer amount in a single transaction and in a single day must not exceed 50,000 yuan.
