Capitalization of amount figures should be standardized. According to the basic rules for correctly filling in bills and settlement vouchers, the amount figures are written in words of "zero, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten thousand, ten thousand, one hundred million, trillion, Beijing and Taiwan". The units of quantity are yuan (circle), angle, minute, whole, positive and so on. You can't use lowercase Chinese characters such as "zero, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine and ten", and you can't use simplified Chinese characters such as "twenty, tuo, fa and others".
