2. Business unit: indicate the name of the enterprise or unit in China that has signed and executed the contract. Fill in the full name. Chinese and foreign parties only carry out technical cooperation projects, and if no cooperative enterprises have been established, they shall report to the domestic units participating in the project. Donation of imported materials shall be reported to the direct recipient. Where a customs declaration enterprise is entrusted to handle customs declaration formalities, the name of the entrusting unit shall be filled in.
3. Receiving unit: Specify the name and location of the final receiving unit of imported goods.
Generally, there are three situations:
Receiving units that directly accept transfers from foreign trade companies. ?
Units that entrust companies with import rights to import goods into Japan. ?
Units that import goods from abroad on their own. ?
If there are more than two receiving units for the same batch of goods, the unit with the largest receiving volume shall declare it.
4. Contract (agreement) number: indicate the detailed year, word track, number and attachment number of the contract (agreement) for this batch of goods. Check and fill in according to the import contract.
5. Approval authority and document number: If the goods have been approved for import by the relevant competent authorities or have an import license, the approval document number or license number should be filled in. If there are multiple approval numbers and license numbers, they should be filled in one by one.
6. Name and number of means of transport: specify the name of the ship, carriage/train number/train number of the goods to be transported. By air or by post, just fill in the words "by air" or "by post". The name and number of the means of transport actually entering the territory of China shall be filled in. Entry personnel who bring articles into the country should make sure to fill in the form according to the means of transportation they take.
7. Trade nature (mode): State the trade nature of the goods in this statement. ?

Shipping country (region): indicates that the goods in this customs declaration are directly shipped or shipped to China (region), and no commercial transactions are conducted in the transit country. Where the goods have commercial transactions in the transit country (place), the transit country (place) is the country (place) where the goods are shipped.
9. Country of origin: indicate the country (region) where the declared goods are produced, mined or manufactured. ?
If the product is processed and copied by other countries, the country of origin is the final processing country. The origin is generally determined by the certificate of origin of the goods. For the same batch of goods with diverse varieties and scattered quantities, the origin of the goods with the largest amount can be determined and reported. If several kinds of goods declared in a customs declaration belong to different countries (regions) of origin, it should be indicated under the name. To fill in the name of a specific country or region, it is generally not possible to fill in the name of a certain region or economic association.
10. source of foreign exchange: fill in the source of foreign exchange for purchasing goods in this form. According to the actual situation, the goods declared in the declaration form of white imported goods can be filled in from the following foreign exchange sources:1; Central foreign exchange; 2; Local foreign exchange and local retained foreign exchange; 3; Central ministries and commissions retain foreign exchange; 4; Do not pay foreign exchange.

19, quantity: fill in the actual quantity and quantity unit of the goods. If the second quantity is specified in the Catalogue of Customs Statistics Commodities, the second quantity must be filled in at the same time. When there are multiple commodities, the quantity should be filled in separately according to the commodity number. If the unit of measurement specified in the contract is inconsistent with the unit of measurement specified in the Catalogue of Customs Statistics Commodities, it shall be filled in after conversion according to the unit of measurement specified in the Catalogue of Customs Statistics Commodities.
20. Transaction price: fill in the transaction unit price, total price and price terms stipulated in the contract, and indicate the currency. If the transaction is made on CIF terms, the name of the place where CIF arrives at the domestic port shall be indicated.
