If your company is a class A enterprise, there is no restriction. Please refer to the following for details:

Class b enterprises:

(1) There is an annual quota, which is deducted one by one. This limit includes the total foreign exchange receipts and payments. Foreign exchange receipts and payments in trade exceeding the amount of receipt/payment shall be settled by the Foreign Exchange Registration Form for Trade in Goods issued by the foreign exchange bureau;

② Advance payment/prepayment and deferred repayment/payment that have not been recorded for more than 30 days must be reported to the local foreign exchange bureau according to regulations;

(3) deferred payment business that has not been included for more than 90 days can be handled with the registration form after 6 months.

(four) do not handle the re-export trade revenue and expenditure business with an interval of more than 90 days, and handle it with the registration form after 6 months;

⑤ For the foreign exchange revenue and expenditure business under the same contract, if the income from entrepot trade exceeds 20% of the corresponding expenditure, a registration form shall be provided.

Class c enterprises:

(a) foreign exchange receipts and payments must be registered one by one;

(2) If the single advance payment exceeds the equivalent of USD 50,000, it shall be registered and a letter of guarantee shall be issued;

(3) Advance payment/advance payment for goods and deferred payment/payment not exceeding 30 days shall be reported to the foreign exchange bureau;

(4) It is not allowed to handle the forward letter of credit business with an extension of more than 90 days;

⑤ Do not handle deferred payment and collection business for more than 90 days;

⑥ Do not handle the foreign exchange receipts and payments business of entrepot trade;
