Whether a platform is informal or not depends on which country it is located in. It's not good if it's a place where many shell companies get together, such as that archipelago. If it is a more reliable country, such as the United States, Britain and Australia, it depends on whether it is recognized and supervised by that country, whether the deposit and withdrawal channels are formal, whether it is timely, whether the spread is stable, whether the platform is stable, and whether it is determined to gamble with investors.
