Click Foreign Exchange Settlement and Sales at the top of the financial management interface. On the Foreign Exchange Purchase page, select RMB to purchase foreign exchange and click Ruble. Check to agree to the agreement, click Next, select the purchase amount, click Next and pay to purchase rubles.

The ruble, also known as the Russian ruble, is used in Russia and Abkhazia and South Ossetia, which have declared independence on their own.
