For the purpose of making profits, if the amount of illegally buying and selling foreign exchange reaches more than 200,000 US dollars, it shall be punished as the crime of illegal business. Illegal trading of foreign exchange for non-profit purposes reaches more than US$ 200,000, which does not constitute the crime of illegal business operation and must be subject to corresponding administrative penalties.
