In major banks: yen/dollar/euro/Canadian dollar/Australian dollar/Hong Kong dollar/Swiss franc/pound, any two of these currencies can be exchanged in both directions. It should be noted, however, that only China Bank can bring cash to the counter and exchange it with its ID card. There is no account. Other banks need to deposit into their accounts before they can exchange them. The procedure is more complicated than that of China Bank.
