The total value of Chinese herbal medicines and Chinese patent medicines sent abroad is limited to RMB 200 yuan; If it is sent to Hong Kong and Macao, the total value is limited to RMB 100 yuan.

4. When leaving the country, the inbound passengers carry a reasonable amount of Chinese herbal medicines for their own use and drugs purchased with foreign exchange, and the customs shall release them with the relevant invoices and foreign exchange memo. Musk and Chinese herbal medicines and Chinese patent medicines exceeding the above-mentioned prescribed limits are allowed to leave the country.
