First, the road traffic accident personal injury and disability assessment criteria:

Grade 9 disability

4.9.3 Causes of spinal injury:
A) Deformity of the cervical or lumbar vertebrae healed, and the mobility of the neck or waist was lost by more than 25%;
B) Comminuted fracture of thoracic or lumbar vertebrae.
4.9.4 Causes of neck injury:
A) severe hoarseness;
B) Scar formation in the anterior cervical triangle exceeds 25%.
4.9.5 Causes of chest injury:
A) One side of female breast is missing (or severely deformed);
B) More than 8 ribs are fractured or more than 4 ribs are missing;
C) Lobectomy;
D) cardiac insufficiency, cardiac function grade ⅰ.
4.9.6 Causes of abdominal injury:
A) Partial resection of stomach, intestine and digestive gland;
B) cholecystectomy;
C) partial splenectomy;
D) partial nephrectomy or moderate renal insufficiency.
4.9.7 Causes of pelvic injury:
A) the pelvis is inclined, and the length difference of both lower limbs is greater than 4cm.
B) Severe pelvic deformity healing;
C) urethral stricture;
D) partial cystectomy;
E) Unilateral ureteral loss or atresia;
F) partial hysterectomy;
G) rectal and anal injuries, leaving permanent sigmoidostomy.
4.9.8 Causes of perineal injury:
A) The glans penis is missing (or deformed) by more than 50%;
B) scrotum injury, scar formation more than 75%.
4.9.9 Causes of limb injury:
A) Both hands are missing (or disabled) 10% or more;
B) Loss of sensation in both hands by more than 50%;
