Article 7? Personal cardholders can also apply for supplementary cards for specific natural persons with full civil capacity or natural persons with limited civil capacity. Supplementary card application materials must be confirmed by the main card holder by personal signature, customer service telephone recording, electronic signature or the way recognized by both the cardholder and the card issuer. The main cardholder can apply for cancellation of the supplementary card at any time.

The cardholder of the secondary card and the cardholder of the primary card * * * use the same account credit line, and the cardholder of the primary card can set the usage limit of the secondary card in a billing cycle within the account credit line. All transaction funds and corresponding interest and expenses of the main card and the auxiliary card are recorded in the same account, and the cardholder of the main card is responsible for all debts incurred under the main card and the auxiliary card.

Article 8? Domestic financial institutions that open a basic deposit account can apply for a business card to the card issuer with the basic deposit account account opening permit issued by the People's Bank of China (if they need to apply for an international business card, they must also have a foreign exchange settlement account). The applicant agrees and authorizes the card issuer to know and inquire about its assets, credit status and personal credit information. Credit reporting agencies and other relevant legal institutions established according to law, such as the basic database of financial credit information of China People's Bank, keep relevant information in the process of reviewing their credit card applications or conducting follow-up risk management.

Card issuers are responsible for keeping confidential the personal information of applicants collected and used according to law. The applicant voluntarily agrees that the card issuer will provide services to the group members of China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd. (including but not limited to the wholly-owned subsidiaries and holding subsidiaries of China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd.) as appropriate to provide services to the applicant.

Service agencies, agents, outsourcing agencies, co-branded card partners, relevant credit institutions and other business cooperation agencies that China Merchants Bank deems it necessary to provide information about the applicant. The card issuer promises to require the cooperative institution that receives the information disclosed by the card issuer to undertake the confidentiality obligation of the applicant's information by signing a legal agreement.

According to the credit status of the applicant, the card issuing institution decides whether to issue a card, whether to require the applicant to provide a guarantee and the way of guarantee, and determines the way and type of obtaining a card, the credit limit of the approved account, the overdraft interest rate of the approved account and the minimum repayment ratio. Application materials that have not been approved by the card issuer will not be returned.

IC cards of some card issuers not only support credit card accounts, but also support electronic cash accounts. Electronic cash account has all or part of the functions of electronic cash account transactions, such as small quick payment, balance inquiry and recharge, but it does not have other payment and settlement functions, such as overdraft, transfer and cash withdrawal.

E-cash account is anonymous, without loss reporting, interest payment and statement. Unless otherwise specified, all transactions mentioned in the Articles of Association are credit card account transactions.

Article 12? Guarantee methods include: guarantee, mortgage and pledge. Where a guarantee is provided, the relevant parties shall sign a corresponding guarantee contract separately. The scope of guarantee covers all debts incurred under the cardholder's credit card (including but not limited to the principal and interest, liquidated damages, various handling fees and recourse fees for overdraft within the account credit limit and overdraft outside the account credit limit).

After receiving the credit card, the cardholder shall immediately sign the same signature as the application form in the signature column on the back of the credit card, and use the same signature when using the credit card transaction, otherwise the losses arising therefrom shall be borne by the cardholder, unless otherwise agreed between the cardholder and the card issuing institution or stipulated by the accepting institution or bank card organization.

Some specially designed cards don't need to be signed on the back of the credit card, but they can be used normally after a password is set. The cardholder can set the password through the channel designated by the card issuer.

Article 38? Obligations of the applicant and the cardholder

(1) The applicant shall provide accurate, complete, true and valid information to the card issuer, and the application information without name or identity information is invalid. If the card issuer deems it necessary, the applicant shall provide the qualified letter of guarantee and other relevant materials to the card issuer.

(2) The cardholder or guarantor changes the work unit, mailing address, telephone number, e-mail address, identity document information, organization name, etc. , you should go to the card issuer or contact the card issuer to handle the data change procedures in time. Otherwise, the losses caused thereby shall be borne by the cardholder.

(3) The cardholder shall properly keep his credit card, card number, expiration date, digital information in the signature column on the back of the card and other card information, passwords and SMS verification codes. If the credit card, related card information, password or SMS verification code are improperly kept, the cardholder shall bear the losses.

(4) The cardholder shall repay the overdraft principal, interest, annual fee, handling fee and other expenses on time as agreed in the contract with the card issuer, and bear the liquidated damages as agreed, and shall not refuse to pay the money owed to the card issuer on the grounds of disputes with merchants or other third parties.

If the credit card documents are incorrect or incomplete, but it is confirmed that the transaction exists and the amount is correct, the cardholder shall not refuse to pay the transaction amount.

(5) The cardholder shall properly keep the transaction voucher after using the card to prevent the card information from being stolen by others. Cardholders should pay attention to checking the statement. If you fail to receive the statement on time, you should take the initiative to check with the card issuer in time. For credit cards that support electronic cash accounts, electronic cash account transactions are not included in the statement.

The cardholder shall not refuse to pay the arrears (including the corresponding fees and interests, etc.) to the card issuer. The reason is that he hasn't received the bill yet.

(VI) If the card issuer increases the credit limit of its account due to the cardholder's good transaction and repayment records, and the cardholder is unwilling to increase the credit limit of the account, it shall request the card issuer to restore the credit limit of its original account through the online banking, mobile banking or customer service hotline of the card issuer within 10 natural days, otherwise it shall be deemed as the cardholder's commitment.

Whether the cardholder accepts the adjustment of the credit limit of his account by the card issuer or not, the cardholder has the responsibility to pay off the arrears that have occurred.

(7) The cardholder shall keep the card properly, and once the card is lost, he shall report the loss to the card issuer through online banking, mobile banking, official credit card client's pocket life or customer service hotline in time; The credit card is only for the cardholder's own use, and all consequences arising from renting, transferring or lending the credit card shall be borne by the cardholder himself.
