Another implication is that promoting the internationalization of RMB is also of great significance to the stability of the world monetary system. Zhu Min further analyzed that the academic circles have been arguing about which is more stable, the single currency or the multi-currency system? A particularly important prerequisite for the stability of the single currency system is that the policies of single currency sovereignty, including fiscal policies and monetary policies, must be responsible for global economic and financial stability. From now on, the US dollar is the largest single currency in the world, accounting for about 60% of foreign exchange reserves. However, in this crisis, the US fiscal deficit increased sharply, and the balance sheet of the US central bank rose sharply, which had an impact on global capital flows. In March, the global capital market plummeted, partly due to the tight liquidity of the US dollar. In this sense, the world actually needs a diversified monetary equilibrium framework, so accelerating the internationalization of RMB will also contribute to world financial stability.
