1. Original business license;

2. Original code certificate;

3. Original tax certificate;

5. Original and official seal of the company's bank account;

6. The original ID card of the legal representative and relevant management personnel and three 1.5 inch color photos;

7. The original recorded lease contract;

8. A copy of the Articles of Association and the capital verification report;

9. The original ID card and three color 1.5 inch photos of the verifier who signed up for the study.

2. Steps for handling import and export rights:

1. Enterprises applying for import and export business qualifications should go through the authorized license-issuing authorities in the provinces and cities where they are located.

2. The authorized issuing authority shall make a decision on approval or disapproval of registration within 15 working days from the date of accepting the application. For those who are approved for registration, import and export filing documents shall be issued.

Three, for import and export business qualification registration, submit information to the relevant departments:

1, Dongguan Customs website downloads the application for customs declaration registration of the consignor and consignor of import and export goods;

Copy of the registration form of foreign trade operators;

3. A copy of the business license of the enterprise;

4. Copy of the Approval Certificate of Foreign-invested Enterprises in People's Republic of China (PRC) or the Approval Certificate of Overseas Chinese Investment Enterprises in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao and People's Republic of China (PRC) (for foreign-invested enterprises only);

5. Copy of tax registration certificate (including national tax and local tax);

6. Copy of organization code certificate;

7. Copy of bank account opening certificate;

8. Copy of the articles of association of the enterprise

9. After the acceptance receipt is passed, receive the "Certificate of Customs Declaration Registration of the Consignor and Consignor of Import and Export Goods in People's Republic of China (PRC)";

10. The enterprise shall go through the relevant formalities required for import and export business in the departments of industry and commerce, taxation, customs, quality supervision, inspection and quarantine, foreign exchange management, etc. with the Registration Certificate of the Consignor and Consignor of Import and Export Goods in People's Republic of China (PRC).
