(6) The certificates of the legal representatives of the lender and guarantor or the power of attorney of the legal person;

(seven) the certificate issued by the bank accounting department that the lender has opened a basic account or general deposit account;

(eight) the financial report of the lender and guarantor approved by the financial department or accounting (auditing) firm in the previous year, and the financial report of the previous period before applying for the loan;
