1. Enter the exchange rate in an empty cell, reselect the cell and copy it.

2. Select a cell that is USD, click Paste Special in the View menu, select Multiply in the operation in the Open dialog box, and then confirm.

3. You can also change "2". To select a dollar cell, hold down the Ctrl key and click another dollar cell, release the Ctrl key, click Paste Special in the View menu, select Multiplication in the operation of the Open dialog box, and then confirm.
