Can China Bank deposit Japanese yen in cash?
Currency of China Bank's foreign exchange deposit:

1. Demand deposit:

(1) Currency of banknotes/remittances: British pound, Hong Kong dollar, US dollar, Swiss franc, Singapore dollar, Japanese yen, Canadian dollar, Australian dollar, euro, Macao dollar, New Zealand dollar, Danish krona, Norwegian krona, Swedish krona, South African rand, Thai baht, Philippine peso, Korean won and Russian rouble.

(2) Only cash currencies are allowed: Indonesian rupiah, Brazilian riyal, New Taiwan dollar, Indian Rupee and United Arab Emirates dirham.

(3) Cash only: Malaysian ringgit.

2. Notice deposit:

Banknote/remittance currency: British pound, Hong Kong dollar, US dollar, Swiss franc, Singapore dollar, Japanese yen, Canadian dollar, Australian dollar and euro.

3. Convenient time deposit:

Banknote/remittance currency: British pound, Hong Kong dollar, US dollar, Swiss franc, Singapore dollar, Japanese yen, Canadian dollar, Australian dollar and euro.

4. Lump-sum time deposit:

(1) One-month, three-month, six-month, one-year and two-year lump-sum deposits shall be opened in the following deposit currencies, including:

Banknote/remittance currency: British pound, Hong Kong dollar, US dollar, Swiss franc, Singapore dollar, Japanese yen, Canadian dollar, Australian dollar and euro.

(2) At present, the following deposit currencies only provide lump-sum deposit and withdrawal services in January, March, half a year and one year, including:

Banknote/remittance currency: MOP, NZD, Danish krone, Norwegian krone, Swedish krone.

5. Small foreign currency deposits with preferential interest rates:

Banknote/remittance currency: British pound, Hong Kong dollar, US dollar, Swiss franc, Singapore dollar, Japanese yen, Canadian dollar, Australian dollar and euro.

6. Large foreign currency deposits with preferential interest rates:

Currency of foreign exchange: British pound, Hong Kong dollar, US dollar and Euro.
