There are four main reasons for the development of South Korea.
First, the relatively peaceful and stable environment after the Korean War. A war-torn country is difficult to develop.
The second is the opportunity brought by the development of new science and technology after World War II. (For example, South Korea's relatively strong electronics industry)
Third: the support and economic promotion of the United States and other western developed countries. For example, the United States is the boss and South Korea is the younger brother. If the boss is rich, the younger brother will certainly enjoy it. )
Fourth, work hard and attach importance to education. Labor creates wealth. )
There are other reasons and so on. Anyway, I can't finish talking at once.
