2. Make sure you use the bank's online banking, not the third-party online banking;
3. In the bank's online banking, confirm that your login number is valid and has not been locked or cancelled;
4. Log in to ICBC Online Banking again to check whether your account has a foreign currency withdrawal reservation account. None of the above operations solved the problem. I suggest you go to the counter of our bank to consult and see if there are any technical problems.
