1. If the money is not recorded, please ask the remittance bank to send a remittance refund telegram. If you receive a remittance return telegram from abroad, the branch will return it directly to foreign countries according to the remittance return instruction.
2. If the money has been credited, you need to enter the remittance document in the account opening institution (the money for more than one month was not found at that time), and then go to the remittance counter with the remittance document and identification. If the remittance is voluntarily returned by the payee, it shall be handled according to the remittance procedure. If the agent needs to provide valid certificates, passbooks and power of attorney of the payee and the agent.
3. Special note: The original route remittance refund service can only be handled if you have not handled the withdrawal and transfer. Due to differences in business in individual regions, please consult Bank of China for details.
