If you are an individual customer, you need to handle the settlement and sale of foreign exchange in BOC. At present, BOC outlets, smart counters, personal online banking, mobile banking and Bank of China Weizhong Bank can support domestic personal purchase and sale of foreign exchange.

You can go to the Bank of China outlet with your valid ID card. Within the annual convenience limit, each person can purchase foreign exchange or settle foreign exchange with the equivalent of less than 50,000 US dollars per year, and handle it at China Bank with his/her valid identity certificate. If you need to handle it on your behalf, you can only entrust a close relative to handle it on your behalf and provide relevant certificates. If you exceed the annual facilitation quota, please go to the bank with your valid ID card and relevant supporting materials.
